Kristin has been sharing the message of Personal Accountability and the QBQ! over the past 15 years and has helped more than 200 organizations to help make Personal Accountability a core value.

Kristin grew up in the home of QBQ! as the oldest of seven Miller children. Steeped in the QBQ! message of personal accountability, she is uniquely equipped to share it with others. She and her father John G. Miller run the company and she holds a Masters in Curriculum, Instruction and Corporate Education.

Kristin has created a number of tools based on QBQ! including an accountability curriculum for schools titled I Own It as well as co-authoring The QBQ! Workbook, published by Penguin.

Kristin does keynote presentations and facilitates QBQ! sessions both in-person and on virtual platforms.

When not traveling, Kristin is home in Minnesota enjoying life with her husband Erik and their four children, 2 cats, and a pug named Peggy Sue.
